All of our items listed with also list the matertials used for the base product as well as the decoration. Please refer to each individual listing for specific information about that product.

We are only taking local deliveries at this time. This means with will either personally delivery your item using Covid-safe protocols or ship within Maryland.

Because most of our items are personalized or handmade, they take a little time to make! Check the item description for any specifics on the ETA. If you need your items by a certain date, we recommend getting in touch us prior to submitting your order so we can assess whether the timing is feasible. All ETAs do not include shipping time, which is dependent on the method selected by customer at check-out. Tie-Dyed Crab assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged packages. 

All of our items have a handmade/handcrafted element. The beauty of handmade lies in their uniquness. Tie-dye by nature is unpredictable. Every item that is hand tie-dyed is unique. It is impossible to create two items that are hand tie-dyed the same. We strive for consistency, but welcome discrepancies. For hand tie-dyed items that are requested to be similar, we will do our best to accomodate.

Due to the nature of being handcrafted, there may be slight imperfections. We inspect each item before delivery to ensure you're receiving the best quality. We put our all into each item and hope that you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed making them.
